VSS welcomes you to provide feedback, a compliment, a complaint or a suggestion about your experiences with our services. All feedback is treated confidentially.
Feedback can be provided by using the above button to complete an online form, or by calling our Helpdesk on 1800 VICTIM (842 846) or in writing to our postal address GPO Box 2435 Adelaide SA 5001.
There are services who can assist you to provide feedback or make a complaint.
If you have a hearing or speech impairment, you can use the National Relay Service to contact VSS on 1800 842 846.
If you need an interpreter call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450. TIS National will put you through to VSS on 1800 842 846.
