Victims of Crime Conference 2008

Victims of Crime Conference 2008

Welcome to the website for the National Victims of Crime Conference held in Adelaide on 23 & 24 September 2008.

If you were a participant may I say thank you for your contribution and interest in attending. Thank you also to the generous sponsors who helped make the event a reality. The delegates’ overwhelmingly positive feedback tells us that it was a very interesting, informative and worthwhile event.

On this site you will find all the papers and presentations that speakers have provided and given permission to publish. I have prepared a summary, entitled “More of the same... or New Ways Forward?” of key lessons and reflections from some of the conference papers which I hope you find interesting and useful.

Best wishes,

Michael Dawson

Chief Executive
